This will be a shared space designed for residents’ leisure and social activitiesIt will include amenities like a lounge area, game tables (pool, ping pong), and sometimes a kitchen or bar area for gatherings and entertainment. The goal is to provide a space for residents to relax, socialize, and enjoy various recreational pursuits without leaving the complex. 

Gym/Workout Facility

A well-equipped fitness center that provides residents with convenient access to exercise facilitiesIt will include a variety of cardio machines, weight training equipment, and space for floor exercises. Natural light, comfortable spacing between equipment.

6 COMMERCIAL GROUND LEVEL UNITS

We will have 6 commercial ground level units for businesses in the community. These units will be food service oriented and community service.

UNIT 1 - RESTAURANT

Restaurant to serve the community. There are limited food options in the area so we will provide a great dining option.

Medical unit for servicing the community will good health care options. Our goal is to provide the residents in Bronzeville with services that benefit the community.

Non Profit unit that will host a non profit organization that is community based and people focused with intentions on serving the community.

A bank would be a great tenant for this location. The nearest bank is on 35th and State, which is a PNC Bank. Huntington is a growing presence in Chicago and has no branches in Bronzeville.
